Word of Mom: Another look at Word of Mouth in the Mom Market
A great deal is being written and spoken about Word of Mouth Marketing. First, the Word of Mouth Marketing Association, WOMMA, formalized the marketing tactic that many of us have known to be the strongest form of marketing. Then Tremor launched Vocal Point as their delivery vehicle for word of mouth marketing in the mom market. Now marketers are scrambling to figure out how to leverage Mom MavensTM, BSM Media's term for Mom Influencers.
As the rest of the marketing world launches research and tries to quickly learn what drives moms to talk, BSM Media continues to utilize its Mom Maven MatrixTM to connect companies with Mom Mavens.
